Free Roof Inspection

Material Selection

Written Estimate
You receive a detailed written estimate: tear-off, decking repair allowance, underlayment, ice-and-water shield, starter strip, shingles, ridge cap, flashing, and cleanup — all itemized.
Tear-Off & Deck Prep
The existing roof is removed down to the decking. Every soft, rotted, or damaged board is replaced. The deck is inspected, nailed off, and prepared for the new system.
Underlayment & Ice Shield
Ice-and-water shield is installed at all eaves (minimum 24" past the interior wall line per CT code), valleys, and penetrations. Synthetic underlayment covers the field. Drip edge is installed to code.
Shingle Installation
Mario installs every shingle himself — proper nail placement, correct exposure, aligned courses, and manufacturer-specified fastening pattern. Ridge cap is hand-cut and nailed, not stapled.
Flashing & Penetrations
